Privacy policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026. This page says what SaveContent collects, why, and how to have it deleted. The access each feature needs is on the security page.

What we collect

  • When you press Start: your Telegram ID, name, username and app language. Every bot receives these.
  • When you use the bot: the links and usernames you send, how many saves you made, your plan, and the messages you write to the bot.
  • If you log in: your phone number and an encrypted session of your account. The login code and two-step password are not kept.
  • If you connect Business mode: the messages and media of the private chats you allow, including ones later deleted or edited.
  • If you pay: the payment record. For Telegram Stars that is the amount and time; for Gram (TON) also the wallet address, which is public on the blockchain. We never see card details.
  • If you invite friends: who joined through your link and what you earned.

What we use it for

  • To do what you ask: fetch and deliver posts and stories, and show you your archive.
  • To apply the limits of your plan and confirm payments.
  • To answer you when you write to the bot.
  • To send you the bot's own announcements, in your chat with the bot only.
  • To stop abuse of the service.

We do not sell your data and do not give it to advertisers.

Who else is involved

  • Telegram. Everything you do with the bot passes through Telegram. Saved and archived media is kept on Telegram's servers, in storage we control.
  • Cloudflare. This website and the Control Panel are delivered through Cloudflare, which sees your IP address. The website uses Cloudflare's analytics, which sets no cookies.
  • Google Fonts. This website loads its fonts from Google, which sees your IP address when it does.
  • The TON network. Gram payments are public blockchain transactions, and we read them through a public TON API.

How long we keep it

  • Your account record is kept while you use the bot.
  • The session is removed when you log out.
  • Removing the bot from Chat Automation stops new messages at once. The archive already stored stays until you ask us to delete it.
  • Backups are replaced on a schedule, so deleted data leaves them later than the live system.

How to delete your data

  1. Log out: Control Panel → your profile → Log out.
  2. Remove the bot in Telegram → Settings → Chat Automation.
  3. Write to the bot and ask for deletion. We remove your archive, phone number and messages.

Your Business archive holds messages other people sent you. How you use them is your responsibility.

Changes and contact

SaveContent is not directed at children. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
